Meet Nicosia is the events, meetings and catering service of Centrum Hotel, 15 Pasikratous Street, Eleftherias Square, 1011 Nicosia, Cyprus. Centrum Hotel is responsible for the personal information described here.

What we collect

This website does not collect personal information by itself. The enquiry form only prepares a message on your device. Nothing is stored or sent until you choose to send it yourself by WhatsApp or email.

When you send us an enquiry, we receive what you include: usually your name, company, phone number or email, the date, the number of guests and your requirements.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry to check availability, send you a quote and organise your event. If you book with us, we keep the records we need for invoicing and for our legal and accounting obligations.

Who else sees it

We do not sell or share your details for marketing. Your message passes through the service you choose to send it with (WhatsApp or your email provider), and is held in our own email and messaging accounts.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own hosting. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not turn into a booking for up to 12 months. Booking records are kept for as long as Cypriot tax and accounting law requires.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
